For the time being, I'm using this blog rather selfishly as it's the easiest way for me to remember what my training plan is on any random day when I'm not at home. I'll be posting my weekly plans so I can reference them & know how long I need to torture myself on any given run, bike or swim.

2006-04-15 Hike in Mission Trails
We went for a hike in Mission Trails with Kim & Oliver & the dogs. Great hike, good elevation gain & great view at the top. Here are some pictures.
