For the time being, I'm using this blog rather selfishly as it's the easiest way for me to remember what my training plan is on any random day when I'm not at home. I'll be posting my weekly plans so I can reference them & know how long I need to torture myself on any given run, bike or swim.

Great BBQ on Sunday, glad everyone came. Not too many pictures. As usuall the camera was forgotten for most of the night. The lonely ones are here.
