For the time being, I'm using this blog rather selfishly as it's the easiest way for me to remember what my training plan is on any random day when I'm not at home. I'll be posting my weekly plans so I can reference them & know how long I need to torture myself on any given run, bike or swim.

We're Going Skiing (Snowboarding)!
We woke up the next morning, shook off the late night before & packed the Jeep and headed for Stevens Pass for a day at the slopes. The weather was phenominal if not a little cold, but there was plenty of snow & we all had a great time.
