For the time being, I'm using this blog rather selfishly as it's the easiest way for me to remember what my training plan is on any random day when I'm not at home. I'll be posting my weekly plans so I can reference them & know how long I need to torture myself on any given run, bike or swim.

Sushi Dinner at the Blockhus' House
We finished up skiing and headed to Uwajimaya for some fresh fish, then back home. Dinner turned out awesome! These pictures are here.
