For the time being, I'm using this blog rather selfishly as it's the easiest way for me to remember what my training plan is on any random day when I'm not at home. I'll be posting my weekly plans so I can reference them & know how long I need to torture myself on any given run, bike or swim. Cheers! Mick



We left on an afternoon flight to Seattle on Friday for a fun weekend skiing and hanging out with good friends. Erik & Jen picked us up from the airport & we got to see their new house for the first time (it's awesome!). We took a lot of pictures on the trip, so I split them into four parts.
